DISCLAIMER: THIS IS A HARMLESS BLOG POST IF YOU DON'T LIKE ME LEAVE MY BLOG NOW. Thank You. (:

Why am I always caught in between people and things? Pfft. Not like I've done anything wrong right? Or you (whoever you might be) would tell me that by simply existing I've already done something wrong... Well technically that wouldn't be my fault since God created me, so it's God's fault for creating me. This my my HARMLESS blog post of my everyday life/ rants/ hurt or whatever... If you genuinely hate me THAT badly please click your little 'x' where ever it might be, you're doing me a very big favour by causing me less pain, unless of course you have a very sad and twisted mind... Which I hope you don't.

Another Disclaimer: If you do not agree with the following please leave MY blog thank you! (:

Weee did some lame ass test to see what kind of leader I was turned out that I'm a Directive and supportive leader. I'm directive because I'm Fast moving, Confident, Independent (I so totally agree with that LOL), Forward Looking (yes I am! xD), Determined, Task Focus and sometimes I might appear to be bossy and too straightforward. I am a supportive leader because I'm a good listener, clam almost all the time (unless you piss me off), Approachable (if you do it the right way), Value Consensus, Supportive and I like to finish what I've started.

When asked who's my biggest inspiration I said Lewis Hamilton, not because I'm his fan nor is it because my BF totally adore him, but simply because he dared to dream, he dared to challenge all odds and most importantly he never gave up. He's someone whom I respect as a sportsman, and also someone I aspire to be in terms of attitude in life. Becoming a leader is to acknowledge the strengths AND weaknesses of you team and bring it out to the fullest, a good leader is also someone who has the dreams and is always optimistic (this is something I don't have), he must also be motivational, supportive and knows when to take charge. There's one more important thing a leader must not forget: To be patient, to put aside all differences and bring nothing but good to the team. That's a good leader, if someone has all these traits he will not only be a good leader but also a good friend. Being a good friend and a good leader you will be able to inspire many lives and bring smiles to faces of people you care about and loved. That's my aspirations, but will it come true? I don't know.
